RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your SmushBox, you can return it within 30 days of activation, either to exchange or to return for a refund (restrictions apply). Refunds will be credited to the orginal credit card or PayPal account. After 30 days, no exchanges or returns are allowed, but ask about our "Buyer Program" if you'd like to sell your device, for whatever reason.

Although rarely exercised, Smush Mobile reserves the right to deny any exchange or return request. For questions or additional information, please contact our customer service team.
